Right of withdrawal

• You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
  
• The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
  on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items in a single order and these were delivered at the same time;
  on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods under a single order and these were delivered separately.
  
  To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this by email: support@houseofmavelle.com.
  You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
  To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will this refund incur any additional costs for you.
We may withhold the refund until we:
have received the returned goods, or
you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days after the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 30-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Grounds for exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a limited shelf life;

for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price has been agreed in the contract, but which cannot be supplied until at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:
for the supply of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
for the supply of goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

The return address on our parcels is not our address for returns. Upon request, we will send you our return address by email.
