How long does shipping take?
Our processing time is 1–2 working days. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can expect a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new fashion items in no time!
Do you offer international shipping?
At present, we only offer delivery to the United Kingdom, but we are in the process of expanding this to more countries.
What are the delivery charges?
We are pleased to inform you that we offer free delivery on all orders, regardless of the amount. Whether you order a single item or several items, you won’t pay any delivery charges.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
What should I do if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, providing your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will, of course, find a suitable solution.
What should I do if I want to exchange an item?
You can exchange items by returning them in accordance with our returns policy and placing a new order for the item you want. To get this process started, please email us at support@houseofmavelle.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
