Delivery Policy

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing time
Within 1–3 working days of placing your order, it will be checked, approved and packed. The parcel will then be prepared for dispatch.                                                   

2. Delivery time
United Kingdom: 5–10 working days
Delivery is handled by DPD, Royal Mail, Evri and Parcelforce.
All delivery times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in the event of theft, loss or damage to the parcel.

Where is my parcel?
After dispatch, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu on our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be sent in several separate shipments.

My tracking number isn’t working
It can take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated. If the tracking still shows no information after a few days, please contact customer service.
